not what I expected shape a hat is completely off..

The hat was too big, which is fine that happens, but the window to be able to return or exchange was entirely ro short. Something nearly impossible to meet. Since there was a storefront, I thought it would be easy to go and exchange it for smaller size because my husband like that hat, but that was not an option. ironically, I asked if that was an option and it took several days to even get a response while I was waiting I learned the window to exchange past so I couldn’t even complete that option. The response was just a copy and paste explaining the policy, but not really reflecting on my issue. Every other store gives you 30 days to return and many allow in store exchanges.
